What is the minimum age requirement to join your gym?
Our minimum age requirement is 10 years old.
Are your instructors certified and experienced in strength training?
Yes, our instructors are highly trained and certified (or working towards their NASM-CPT certifications) in personal training. They have extensive experience both in training and competition.
What safety measures do you have in place during training sessions?
Safety is our top priority. We ensure all training sessions are supervised by experienced coaches, and our equipment includes safety features to keep our lifters safe.
How often do you hold classes, and what is the class schedule like?
This really depends on your current level. For our Basic Training Course, it's 3x per week during our normal operating hours. Our individualized program will not be a class structure, so you or your athlete can show up during our operating hours and complete their workout.
Do I need prior strength training experience to join your gym?
No prior experience is necessary. Our gym specializes in developing beginners, but we also work with more advanced lifters as well.
What type of equipment do I need to bring for my first session?
For your first session, comfortable workout attire and a water bottle are essential. No specialized footwear or other equipment is necessary as a beginner.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Are there opportunities for students to participate in strength training or powerlifting competitions?
Absolutely!! As competitive powerlifters ourselves, we can assist in helping you or your athlete register for their chosen federation, evaluate what meet works best for your schedule, and work with you every step of the way. We encourage our members to test their skills and gain valuable experience in a competitive setting.
