Basic Training at Humble Beast Strength offers a comprehensive introduction to strength training, focusing on:

Hybrid Coaching

Upon completing our Basic Training program, or if you're an already seasoned lifter, Humble Beast Strength crafts a customized training regimen just for you. Here's what you can expect:

Our Regular Gym Membership is designed for individuals who seek the ultimate flexibility and autonomy in their fitness journey:

  • Full Equipment Availability: Gain unlimited use of our extensive range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, including dumbbells, adjustable benches, power racks, weight plates, functional trainers, deadlift platforms, and more, all at your disposal whenever you need them.

  • Self-Directed Programming: Take control of your fitness with complete autonomy over your workout plan. What is the minimum age requirement to join your gym?

The minimum age to join our gym is 10 years old. All adults will have to sign contracts and waivers on behalf of their minor children. Children under 15 years old should be accompanied by an adult member at all times. 

What type of experience do your coaches have?

David Raulston brings over three decades of intermittent experience in the fitness industry. Having completed his coursework for the NASM-CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer) certification, he is on the cusp of full certification, needing only to pass the final examination.
Noah Raulston, on the other hand, has dedicated over five years to strength training, during which he has had the privilege of working under the guidance of high-level coaches and world champions. His practical experience extends to working with numerous personal clients, making him an expert in strength training programming and technique. Currently, Noah is also pursuing his NASM-CPT certification, diligently completing his coursework with plans to take the certification exam upon completion.
Together, David and Noah combine their extensive experience and academic pursuit to offer a unique blend of seasoned insight and cutting-edge training methodologies in the fitness realm.

When are you open?

Our Grand Opening will be December 28th, 2024 from 9am-7pm. We will have an Open Gym during that time. 

We will be open full time beginning December 30th, 2024 at 6am. 

Our facility is accessible 24/7 for our members. Hybrid Coaching and Basic Training class times are limited, but the facility is accessible at all times for all members. Keep in mind: The exterior doors are ALWAYS shut/locked from the outside. So you will need to become a member to open the front door. You can become a member thru our website, and can start with our Free Trial to check us out!
