Check out My Story
I am Noah Raulston, Co-Owner of Humble Beast Strength. My venture into the world of athletics and strength training kicked off early, with bodyweight exercises when I was just 7 or 8 years old. My sports journey has been diverse, but my heart always leaned towards baseball, where I spent 12 years honing my skills. However, in recent years, my focus has shifted towards powerlifting. Over the past two years, I've not only embraced this sport but excelled in it, securing a second-place finish at nationals and ranking 19th in the world total for my age and weight class at just 17 years old. These experiences have fueled my passion for enhancing athletic performance and skill development, which I now channel into helping others achieve their fitness aspirations.
In 2021, my athletic journey hit a significant roadblock when I broke my arm during baseball tryouts. Attempting a long throw, I heard a sharp snap in my elbow, confirming a fracture in my throwing arm. This injury led to missing my entire freshman baseball season and embarked me on a challenging path of rehabilitation. The recovery was tough, but my resolve was stronger; I was determined to return better than ever. Once I could lift weights and play baseball again, I discovered a new love for powerlifting. This experience wasn't just about physical recovery but was a profound lesson in resilience and determination, qualities that have only sharpened my edge in powerlifting and my approach to life's challenges.
As a coach, my focus is on nurturing young lifters and athletes, particularly those in middle and high school who are at the onset of their strength training journey. My own training was deeply influenced by my father, Owner and Co-Founder of Humble Beast Strength, who instilled in me the principles of safe and effective lifting from a young age. Inspired by this mentorship, I am dedicated to providing a similar foundation for young athletes. My objective is to arm them with the knowledge and skills necessary to not only excel in their chosen sports but also to foster a lifelong commitment to strength training. I am eager to guide, support, and empower the next generation of athletes as they navigate their fitness journeys, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.
