Noah Raulston

I am Noah Raulston, Co-Founder of Humble Beast Strength. My journey in athletics and strength training began early, starting with bodyweight exercises at around 7-8 years old. Over the years, I’ve been involved in various sports, with a primary focus on baseball for 12 years.

For the past two years, I have been dedicated to powerlifting, achieving notable success including a second-place finish at the national level and securing the 19th highest total worldwide in my age and weight class at 17 years old.

Through my experiences, I have gained valuable insights into improving athletic performance and enhancing skill development, which I am passionate about applying to help others reach their fitness goals.

In 2021, I faced a significant turning point in my life when I broke my arm during baseball tryouts. While attempting a long throw, I felt a sharp snap in my elbow, resulting in a broken throwing arm. This injury required an extended period of rehabilitation and caused me to miss my entire freshman baseball season.

The recovery process was challenging, but I was determined to work diligently to return even stronger. Once I was able to resume both baseball and weightlifting, I was thrilled to get back into my routines. During this period, I discovered a deep passion for powerlifting. My enthusiasm for lifting led me to focus on strength training through powerlifting, where I have since achieved high-level success.

Reflecting on this experience, I believe that overcoming such adversity has strengthened my ability to handle setbacks and injuries. The resilience I developed through this journey continues to drive me in my pursuit of excellence in powerlifting and beyond.

As a coach dedicated to young lifters and athletes, I am passionate about guiding middle and high school students as they begin their strength training journey. My own training has been profoundly influenced by my dad, David, the other co-founder of Humble Beast Strength. He provided me with a strong foundation in safe and effective lifting practices from an early age.

Drawing from my experiences and the trajectory set by my dad, I am committed to helping young athletes develop a solid foundation in lifting. My goal is to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their sports or continue with strength training long-term. I am excited to support and empower the next generation of lifters as they embark on their fitness journeys.
